Who is our ideal candidate?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
8+ years training experience including management/supervisory experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Leadership skills
Financial background or Series 6 helpful
Performance consulting skills
Thorough understanding of the ADDIE Model

What are the job responsibilities?
Implements training policies and procedures & ensures compliance.
Implements training strategy.
Partners closely with internal customers to understand needs and develop performance solutions.
Selects training consultants, vendors and other resources as needed.
Hires, trains and develops staff to achieve training objectives. Conducts performance reviews. Administers pay.
Develops and maintains department budget
Assess, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate Training programs.
Partner with HR to develop:
Competency Models
Talent Inventory
Training & Development Strategy
Career Pathing
Assessment
