Leadership Assessment

Assessment of Applicant for Principal's License Program

Iowa has adopted SIX STANDARDS by which all school administrators must be assessed. Please rate this applicant on all dimensions required by the state: dispositions, performance and knowledge. The standards are the same for each of the three dimensions and may seem redundant at first. We will start with DISPOSITIONS, then ask you to rate PERFORMANCE and then assess KNOWLEDGE.

The information you provide will be seen only by Graduate Admissions and faculty in Education Leadership at Drake. It is totally confidential.
