INTASC Standards –
Assessment Plan for Drake School of Education
Department of Teaching and Learning, Spring 2008
The
assessment of the 10 INTASC Standards will be met at three levels—Beginning,
Developing, and
Proficient--through
the following plan:
B= Students will have met all
INTASC standards at the Beginning level by the end of their pre-professional coursework.
D= Students will have met all
INTASC standards at the Developing level by the end of their professional coursework.
P=Students will have met all
INTASC standards at the Proficient level by the end of their student teaching, before
graduation and/or recommendation for teacher licensure.
A=Students will have the
opportunity to demonstrate Accomplished performance during the student teaching semester
