Coaches and Self-Assessment (EBS Survey)

The Self-Assessment Survey is done before you start training and annually thereafter. This survey allows you to identify what staff feels is already in place and determine priorities for work. This should be scheduled on your annual planning calendar approximately every 12 months.

All staff should take this survey (not just teachers). For ease in compiling, you can do this online at:
www.pbssurveys.org

Contact Alliance office for your password. Some schools schedule time at an in-service and everyone does the survey at the same time. Some schools give everyone a time period (two weeks) and ask them to take the survey at a time convenient for them. You will need to provide the Alliance office with a starting date so the window can be opened and an ending date so the window can be closed. Once the window has been closed, you can generate the reports.

Click here for a sample of self-assessment results. You can also review samples at the www.pbssurveys.org web site by typing in 'demo' in the login box.
