Highlights
(a) – Activities
Students in JAG belong to the Iowa Career Association and have a history of
excelling in the competitions at the annual Career Development Conference
(a two-day event involving JAG students from across Iowa).

(b) – Outcomes
The Hampton-Dumont JAG site has received “high performance” status for the past
five years by achieving/exceeding the five national JAG goals regarding the follow-up
status of students:
1. Graduation rate 90% or above
2. Total civilian job placements and military service above 60%
3. Total positive outcomes above 80%
4. Total in full-time placement above 80%
5. Total in full-time jobs above 60%
