Purpose of the conference:
- Annual celebration of successes
- Time for teams to get together around issues of PBS
- An opportunity to hear an update from national experts on PBS
- Raise awareness of PBS
- Hear the national perspective on PBS
- Link and network with statewide contacts
- A time to learn about PBS
- Network with other schools, professionals, youth and families involved in implementing PBS
- Ideas for sustainability across years
Intended audience (acronyms are used to identify audience with the session
descriptions):
- Current PBS team membes (TM) and coaches (CO)
- Administrators of current PBS schools (AD)
- Teachers in current PBS schools (TR)
- Parents/family reps involved in schools in PBS (FR)
- Parents wanting to learn more about PBS (FR)
- School Support Staff (bus drivers, cafeteria workers, associates, janitors, secretaries, volunteers)
