Solutions to Common Problems

At some of the trainings we asked our coaches and teams to brainstorm 'solutions' for common problems. Below are some of the problems listed and suggested solutions.

1. How do we improve or encourage more visible administrative support for PBS?

2. We are an early childhood center and have not been able to generate school-wide consequences. (Looking for creative ways to deal with this)
